In December of 2015, members from SCPRI attended the Mineral Wells Paracon. The convention was held at VFW 2399 which was the Mineral Wells Sanatorium that opened in 1929. Unfortunately, most of the history of the Sanatorium was lost but the building was active during our investigation. A link to the video of the investigation is below.

Private Residence - Indio, CA

We received a call from the owner of the home claiming that she and her husband have been experiencing shadow figures in the hallway, a woman walking by their bedroom window, their daughter hearing voices in the kitchen, and their baby being scratched on the head from front to back.  SCPRI investigated the home on two different occasions, the footage and audio from the second investigation is still being processed. While we did not experience the shadow figure, the woman, or the voices, we did receive hits on the KII Meter and the daughter had a small episode, which you will see in the video.

The Elks Theatre - Prescott, AZ

On January 19th and 20th of 2018, the SCPRI Team traveled to Prescott, AZ to investigate the Elks Theatre. Built in 1905 by the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks (B.P.O.E), the theatre has housed many types of entertainment over the years. Music acts, vaudeville acts, boxing matches, movies, plays, and even political rallies. Is it possible that some of these performers, athletes, celebrities, or politicians may have stayed around? The SCPRI Team has the answers to those questions.

Yamashiro Restaurant and Event Center - Hollywood, CA

Built in 1911 by the Bernheimer brothers as a place to house their priceless collection of Asian treasures. Hundreds of craftsmen were brought from the Orient to recreate the replica of a palace located in the “Yamashiro” province mountains near Kyoto, Japan.  Yamashiro is also home to an authentic Japanese pagoda that was flown in from Japan and is currently the oldest structure in California. The reports coming from the location include the sound of a woman crying in the bridal suite, a couple walking the grounds, a phantom bartender, and the sound of breaking plates when no one is in the kitchen. The SCPRI team has been given access to find out if the claims are valid. This investigation will be different for the SCPRI team as it will be their first day time investigation. Stay tuned for footage from the investigation.

Llano Del Rio Collective - Llano, CA
P2.jpg

A former Socialist colony that was started by Job Harriman in 1911 and abandonded in 1918, sits east of Palmdale, CA in the Antelope Valley. At one point, over 1,000 people lived and worked in the colony. All that is left now is a few ruins of stone fire places, walls of a great hall or hotel, and other structures. Could there be more? SCPRI and SCPC Ghost, traveled to Llano Del Rio to find out. Click the link below to see the investigation and the link to SCPC Ghost video.
